Strategic Planning
Greensky Brand Architects believes that sound strategic planning lays the groundwork for any successful signage programme, by detailing the important steps, responsibilities, schedules and desired outcomes. Included in the range of factors we consider when devising clients’ signage strategies are: branding objectives, logistical realities, budgets and geographical location.
Quality and Cost Control
One of Greensky Brand Architects ultimate objectives is to reduce cost-to-client. To achieve high-quality signage at the best prices, we encourage competitive bidding, use cost-effective design, carry out quality control inspections, maintain inventory control and conduct supplier invoice review.
Site Surveys
Any signage programme must begin with a meticulous examination of the relevant site/s. By sending a dedicated team to explore each site and to gather all of the necessary data, Greensky Brand Architects is able to undertake the most comprehensive site surveys on offer in the industry.
Review and Recommendation
Greensky Brand Architects follows a philosophy of combining research with investigation. We gather information from site surveys, architectural drawings and clients themselves, and use this to develop recommendations for new or improved signage. Once more, core considerations like client’s branding objectives, budgets and the relevant authority approval play a vital role.
Installation and Maintenance
Manufacture, delivery and installation are overseen by our project management team, which also monitors suppliers to make sure that clients’ briefs and timeframes are honoured. In addition, Greensky Brand Architects appreciates the brand damage that can result from an out-of-commission sign, and provides maintenance services to keep signage in the best condition possible.
Conceptual Design
Our creative design team collaborates with all clients, to develop signage that projects corporate identity onto an engaging and larger-than-life 3D environment.
Prototype Development and Evaluation
This is a critical stage in the approval of new sign designs, because prototyping enables clients, designers and manufacturers to evaluate sign designs in ‘actual’ conditions. Some of the elements considered are sign materials, colours, graphics, fabrication methods and lighting.
